Fredrikson Stallard






Name: Ian Stallard (b. 1973 in Essex) and Patrik Fredrikson (b. 1968 in Sweden) graduated from Central St Martin’s in, respectively, ceramics and industrial design.
Design field: Furniture, Product, Light, Sculpture.
Material of choice: Glass, Stainless steel, Aluminum,
Working Process :
  •  Materials and honesty to materials 
  • All the pieces are formed by hand, in an archaic and intensely physical way. 
  •  limited control that can be imparted on the object, as the metal itself has inherent qualities which make it behave as is in it's nature.
Most prominent style : Multi faceted pieces with an elegant lines and a playfulness of mixing materials in unique compositions.

One of their most prominent pieces is Pandora, a 2500 Diameter x 2400 to 5000 mm height beautiful chandelier made with 1,990 crystal chandelier which in form is never prominent, taken from a traditional chandelier arrangement then recreating a motion of explosion, the crystals move slowly.
